All feeds under our official accounts follow these guidelines to ensure a vibrant and relevant community.
If you’ve ever wondered why certain posts appear in our Bluesky feeds and others don’t, this post is for you.
To keep our feeds relevant, safe, and genuinely useful for fandom spaces, I created a clear set of rules and systems — all summarized in the infographic thread you saw on Bluesky. This blog post serves as the full written companion to that thread, with added context and explanations.
Bluesky is built around user-curated feeds, which is powerful — but also fragile if left unmanaged.
Without structure, feeds can quickly become:
cluttered with unrelated posts
filled with spam or misleading content
unsafe for younger users
frustrating for fans trying to find specific updates
The archidol feeds are designed to avoid that by following transparent, community-first rules.
This is the most important rule.
For a post to appear in any archidol feed, it must meet basic content standards.
What won’t be included
Posts with adult or graphic content labels
Posts promoting or engaging in harassment, trolling, or intolerance
Posts involving illegal activity or content that violates Bluesky’s rules
🚫 Repeated violations may result in being blocked from all archidol feeds.
The goal isn’t punishment — it’s to keep feeds safe, readable, and welcoming.
To appear in a specific fandom feed, your post must clearly reference the group or unit name.
This can be included in:
the main post text
image alt text
quote post text
article embeds
video embeds
Supported languages:
English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai
✔ Hashtags are optional
✔ Case sensitivity doesn’t matter
Example
For aespa, all of the following work:
Aespa / aespa
에스파
エスパ
เอสปา
Mentioning a member’s name helps improve accuracy and relevance, especially in member-focused feeds.
Accepted formats:
stage names
legal names
romanized or native-language versions
Supported languages:
English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Thai
✔ Hashtags are optional
✔ Case sensitivity doesn’t matter
Example
“WONBIN” can be written as:
wonbin
원빈
ウォンビン
元彬
Park Wonbin / Wonbin Park / 박원빈
Some names are too generic on their own.
For example:
TEN could refer to a number
RYO could refer to many different people
To prevent unrelated posts from appearing, the system requires the group name alongside the member name whenever possible.
This keeps feeds accurate and fandom-focused.
Once a post qualifies, ranking comes into play.
archidol feeds use Graze Multipliers, which consider:
🕒 Recency
📊 Pre-engagement (likes, reposts, replies before appearing in the feed)
📈 Inter-engagement (engagement while the post is inside the feed)
The key rule:
Pre-engagement < Inter-engagement
A post can be popular elsewhere, but it will only rise in our feeds if users actively interact with it inside the feed.
This is important:
👉 Users control what rises to the top.
By liking, reposting, or replying to posts you enjoy, you help signal which content deserves visibility. Supporting fellow fans directly improves the quality of the feed for everyone.
To highlight standout content, archidol feeds may feature a Daily Top Post.
🏆 The featured post is chosen solely by:
highest inter-engagement within the feed
It may be:
reposted
or quote-posted by the feed account
We’re still deciding whether to feature: Top 1, Top 3, or Top 5 posts daily
📩 If you prefer not to be featured, you can politely request removal via DMs.
Some accounts are permanently excluded from all archidol feeds.
Posts from these accounts will never appear.
Common reasons include repeated posting of:
illegal or policy-breaking content
adult or sexual material
hateful or targeted harassment
🔒 The block list is kept private to prevent exposure to minors and avoid unnecessary targeting.
